UCLA Housing
While I was at UCLA, I a part of the UCLA Housing Media Team. We ran the official UCLA Housing social media accounts and were responsible for passing important information to students. The content created incorporated the use of UCLA culture, pop culture, and meme formats. In my first year, I was a student rep, so I covered events using Instagram Stories. In 2019, I started to witness the rise of Tik Tok and pitched it to our bosses. I instantly became the Tik Tok manager and was responsible for creating a UCLA Housing image on Tik Tok. I finally became an Instagram manager and I did more of the behind-the-scenes work. The team and I ideated intriguing content for different times of the year, created rollout plans, and made an impact on the Bruin community. Our intention was always to raise community engagement and create a safe space for all Bruins.

I Am a Bruin
In addition to UCLA Housing, we were given a completely new account! The challenge was creating an entirely new entity that was separate from UCLA Housing. It took all of 2020 & 2021 to build the page's brand and brand awareness amongst the students.

A Threat
I joined 'A Threat' before their rebrand in late 2021. It is a multi-media entertainment company and brand built to inspire & empower women. Made for Women, A THREAT's original productions give a platform to female trailblazers across industries and unify women around the world through our own viral network. I was part of the marketing team and would strategize different ways to post content, specifically during the pandemic. In addition, I would cover the events held at the 'A Threat' studio and assist co-founder, Samantha Long. We would arrange photoshoots, content days, prepare for dance classes, and organize a posting schedule.
Position(s): Intern, Dance Assistant & Social Media Manager (2019 - 2021)
Responsibilities: Content Creation, Photo/Video Editing, Publishing Strategy, and Community Engagement
Beta Theta Pi
The UCLA Beta Theta Pi Instagram page was outdated and I was responsible for reinventing the 'Beta' image. I started by ideating ways to spread brand awareness. I used trends such as "dump" posts, covering events held by the fraternity, and creating cohesive layouts to further attract UCLA students. I organized the page by changing the profile picture, creating a multi-use link, and adding contact options. The main skill gained from these positions was communication. For a fraternity, it takes everyone to make the page come to life. I would send messages to group chats in order to collect photos and curate these posts. I would then present a rollout for posts and have all the brothers interact with posts to boost engagement.
